Scroll to end not working

I have a couple of users that are trying to scroll to end in an application and it is not letting them. I have confimed that I can do it, and that 'scroll to end' security has been granted to them. I even went so far as to remove their user overrides on that application to see if that would solve the problem and still no dice. This is happening on both Citrix and Fat client.

Can anyone suggest something that I may have overlooked?

Is this random among the users or is there something common between the users that are having this issue? Can you capture their JDE.log file to see if it gives any indication?

Nothing in the JDE.log that points to a problem.
