I have a user that logged into application P059116 and some of the PDBA codes have extra characters in their descriptions. She exported the information to excel, and the descriptions are correct. An hour later, she logged onto the web/HTML session and could not duplicate the issue.
The fat client looks ok and did all along.
Any idea what's up? Is there an explanation for descriptions going a little haywire, then righting themselves on these screens? Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix?
I know this is a minor issue, but it upsets our users when they see things like this and if we don't have an explanation, they loose faith in the system..
