Unable to send email - Connect to smtp server failed

hi,

I have to send a mail using jde eventrules, i have changed the jde.ini of my fatclient and my server. but i am getting the error(error no32)..

the log file shows, something like this....

can any one help me to resolve it.

Hari

Tell your network or firewall guys to not block port 25. I think with McAfee 8.0 it automatically is blocked. Also tell them to allow relay off of your mail server. Hope this helps.
