Outsourced CNC?

Anybody got any war stories they'd care to share about outsourcing CNC? I'm particularly interested in the Australian experience, as we have limited players in this market, but glad to hear stories from anywhere. I'm particularly interested in how to construct a contract that leaves me all-powerful, and the vendor powerless

"Powerless" in what sense?

Many basic rights are stipulated by the law and cannot be stripped by any contract - no court would find such clauses enforceable.

On the other hand, if you are talking about access rights to the system, then it would be an obvious trade-off with limiting their ability to help you - any security is counter-productive, so the balance will be very important.
