Call to JDB_SelectKeyed failed - Annoying problem

Call to JDB_SelectKeyed failed - Annoying problem
I'm experiencing this failure but only for certain users. Example:
Fat Client B7332
Same machine, 2 users
Each runs the job Submitted Job search under their own sign in (on the same workstation). One gets the error and the other does not.

Has anybody seen this (and fixed it)?

Build and install a new full package to get all table changes and index changes refreshed on the machine.

Thanks for the reply. However the problem goes with the user and not the Fat Client. The package cannot be an issue (unless you can explain further). I think it may have something to do with the system user in the USERID setup).

Confirmed - I just went in and changed my system user from the additional one set up in the database to the default jde. I can now run the application without error. I'm still not sure why.
