E811 SP1 - Security server does not active on Enterprise Server

Hi there,

We installed E811 SP1 and looks like everything well. But when I tried to start PSFT E811 service on Enterprise Server; one of both jdenet_k was missing. I took a look at the debug log on Enterprise server and found the follow error msg:

I did perform every step of Working with Signon Security on the installation manual. And I also can find the PSFT ID showed up on the table F98OWSEC of System - 811 at Enterprise server. But nothing changed after I restart the PSFT E811 service.

The problem seems the Enterprise Server brings a wrong password of PSFT ID while starting the service PSFT E811. But I do not know how to verify that. Who can help me?

I don't have oracle but i have problems with my system user and the security server. i am just delete that record and i add it again from peoplesoft with the same password that i have in my database. it works for me

Thanks. I tried to delete settings from P980001 and P98OWSEC and re-created system user. It's working now.
