V5R1 to V5R3 --> SLOW: Disk and ODBC goes nuts

I'm troubleshooting an issues where the system was upgraded from V5R1 to V5R3 and now OneWorld performance has gone down. The system config is OneWorld SP23_H1, Update 7. AS/400 is now at V5R3 with all the latest CUME's, Group, Hypers, and APAR fixes. I've tried iSeries Access SI18XXX and SI23XXX....same issues.

The system is coexistent with World but World isn't really used.

Anyone have similar issues? Resolution?
