PLAN ID\'s - who pays which

I have a request to provide the Employee (EE) or Employer (ER) contribution for each PLAN ID, within a report. This is not a history report (not F0719) rather 'calculated numbers.

I’m fighting with the where and the logic to pull the costs back. I can pull the ‘spent’ dollars from the F0719 – but I want the report to be ‘proactive’ (I want to know what the Rate or Amount should be).

I've looked at the function 'Calculate Plan Amount' (N0800040) - but it seems more complex than the simplicity I am looking for. There is poor documentation regarding which parameters are required to pull back which values - typical BSFN BS.

That said – can someone help me identify where/how to pull the EE and/or ER contributions for any given plan? If someone can identify the process that payroll uses - I'd mimic that in a reusable function.
