Full Pkg Build failed on HP-UX Server after XE Installation

Greetings All,

We submitted Full Package after a new XE Installation from DS, whereby Full Build failed on server HP-UX 11i (Enterprise Server). Client is successfull and the msg shown on PDF for Server(R9622) is

ERROR:
EventRule : Business Function BuildServerPackage at line 1 for Event 13 in Section Group Section has caused a memory violation.
------------------------------------------------------------
The .sts files on ES shows all the BSFNs as uncomplied.

We found that ANSI C hasn't been installed on machine but instead aCC has been installed. Will JDE support C++ complier. If so could you please suggest us what action need to be taken...

Hi,

Here is my general suggestion : follow strictly all of
the JDE MTRs. According to PSFT site, JDE Xe on HP/UX 11
requires HP C/Ansi C compiler.
So, in a few words, that's the compiler you should install
in order to have your server packages working.

Hello All,
I have installed ANSI-C on ES and this time also SvrBuild ended abruptly. But this time BSFN Build proceeded further.

Blank R9622 report generated with the same message as mentioned in my first thread and some of DLLs are in processing state and other completed successfully.

Set ur Simultaneous Build in JDE.INI of server to 5.

Thanks a lot....Changing Simulatenous Builds to 5 solved the issue....
