We had a similar problem before that one running UBE blocks other UBEs un=
til its completion. If this is the case, try load the following ESU:

ESU JD4618.exe for OneWorld Release B7332

It can be found in JDE Knowledge Garden. The casue is related to TAM Lock=
ing. Let me know if it works.

I have defined multiple job queues, at the time of
submit several works at the
same time process well, but when submit a heavy work,

We had a similar problem and I found an ESU to apply that seems to have
resolved our issues. The SAR number is 3696736. I did this back in
January and things are moving along okay now.

B7332 / SP 11.2 / NT4 & W2K / SQL 7.0 & 2000
