We have financial reports that we now have a 3rd one that reports correctly except for the fact that it drops the first record.
The report works fine, then this weird thing happens. We have now had it happen to 3 different reports. When we run the report locally, it works fine. Some CITRIX users get the correct numbers, others get the numbers missing the first record. One user ran it once, got the correct number. Ran it again, and it dropped the first record.
Each time DEBUG has identified the very first record into the report as being the one dropped. We redeploy the object and it usually fixes the problem. One report require a "dummy" change to cause the report to work again.
Anyone else seen this? I have searched for a similar issue but cannot find one.
