Error installing 8.11 SP1 for Intel ENT server,

I am installing 8.11 SP1 on a Win 2K3 ENT server with SQL Server 2000. The install cd's give you the option of installing the DB's and the EnterpriseOne code at the same time. The install makes it through the EnterpriseOne code install, however, as soon as it reaches the DB install, it attempts to append the database install path to the EntepriseOne install path (i.e. G:\PeopleSoft\E811\E:\MSSQL). As soon as this happens, the whole install fails and the EnterpriseOne install path is completely wiped leaving nothing but a temporary java folder and a log file showing the error above. Has anyone seen this before?

Yes, I saw it.
Just say that your DB installation path will be MSSQL,
once the product is installed you can move your DB
physical files to some other disk with sp_detach_db and
sp_attach_db.
