Zombie Process in 8.93

We are running 8.93 Q1 in a Windows environment and an Oracle database. We have several enterprise servers. One of the ES is running as a security server and has our 3rd party applications running (PCMiler and Vertex). Every 12 days or so we start to see zombie processes in SAW some jdenet_k and Call Object Kernel. When the zombie appear it starts to affect the the performance when entering Sales Orders. We believe that the calls to PCMiler are causing the zombies but at this time I am not sure.

Any ideas or suggestions?
