ORA-00001 Dup Key Error on F989999 on Java Gen

Hi Gurus,

We had a full Java gen before so PY811.F989998/F989999 already got records. Now when we run eGen to do full gen again, we see thousands of ORA-00001 duplicate key errors in JAS.log. We did not truncate the table before gen. I
assume that eGen will delete the old entry before
inserting new by default, right ? Or we should setup some
options so it does ? Anyone hit the same error as I did ?

See solution id 200947279, it mentions clearing the F989999 and F989998 before starting a new full java gen.

We are seeing the same thing with 8.95_H1. We did not truncate the tables, because the full generation is supposed to delete all records from the table for each category (Apps, reports etc) prior to starting the gen.

We did end up clearing the tables and are still getting the messages. Everything appears to be working fine, however. If anyone finds out any more information, please let me know. We will probably open a call with Oracle.
