Change to text in Failure to Retrieve PDF

Anyone know where this message is coming from and how I might change it?

"UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server."

It occurs when there is no PDF to retrieve. I've been asked to change it to something user friendly. It does not seem to be from an html file, but rather simply a message sent to the browser.

Any thoughts?
