AS/400, 8.11 and Transportation

We're considering upgrading from Xe to 8.11, but we may have found a little "gotcha." We currently use Czar dll running on our Citrix servers to rate our transportation shipments. With 8.11, there are no Citrix servers, and it's our understanding that the Czar dll won't work on a Websphere server. Short of switching our enterprise server to a Windows box (which isn't going to happen) this solution requires an application server for 8.11.

Is anybody using Czar dll with 8.11 in this scenario? Does it work? Was there adequate documentation to set it up? How does it perform under a load?
