Document to add addition App server

Does any one have the document to add the additional App server with them.

The documentation can be found on the customer connection website under the documentation link. The title of the guide contains the words: Supplemental Installation Guide. For example, the guide for EnterpriseOne 8.11 and iSeries is listed as "EnterpriseOne 8.11 Supplemental Installation Guide for DB2/400 on iSeries."
