Menu Word Search

Hello, JDE gurus:

Normally a OneWorld 8.9 user would be able to use word search, let's say, enter "address book" and launch P01012. However, in this particular environment I have, menu word search seems always returning blank.

Any clue why this is the case?

There is no application security for menu word search program (P95012).

Any help is appreciated.

I think, that it needs to be generated separately...

is it possible to delete/clean out the menu word search master table once it's built?
