8.11 to SP1

Currently doing the upgrade from XE to 8.11. We haven't retrofitted any JDE modified objects in 8.11 yet. This week we want to upgrade from 8.11 to SP1. I downloaded the instructions 8.11_SP1_upgrade_win_sql.pdf. Currently running SQL server 2003, Tools: 8.95 D1. Which tool release should we upgrade to, prior to the SP1 upgrade? Any suggestions, advice, tips, warnings would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I would upgrade to the latest one before the upgrade. The main thing is to put down the latest Planner ESU though.

see which release of 8.11 is a base line for SP1.
but I agree with Shawan, reg the general approach, assume you are planning for other testing.
