Is there a list of technical purges that one should run in JDE? Like removing old submitted jobs and job scheduler history, or anyother that should be ran on a regular basis?

Within JDE there is not a defined list. There are a number of programs that can be ran, scheduler purge, submitted jobs purge, work center purge, package build history, OMW log history etc. However you have to come up with a schedule based on what works for your organization. For us SOX wants us to retain 1 year technical history for things like OMW logging History and scheduler, if this is not a requirement for you, you can purge monthly.

Go into BV (P98305). Hit the flashlight on Report Name.

On the next screen under description search on "*urge".

Anything beginning with R9* is technical.
