Error in UBE after adding fields to end of file.

Can anybody decipher the log entry below, this started after we added 3 fields to the end of the table?

We have built the table in our dv environment and all applications and ubes that use the F564211V table ran fine. We then moved the project to PY, generated the table and we get the error.

We have move the project from DV to PY several times and even done an advanced get from DV to PY with a package build after every advancement or get.

The other perplexing issue is that our Wintel application server and any fat client does not have the problem. It is only on the AS400.
