Critical shut down in Citrix environment

Hi

I have a user of JDE who is having problems in JDE.
Once he logs into the system everything is ok but once he selects a application or folder etc JDE shuts immediately with no warning.

The solution so far is to delete the user profile but this is excessive i have pinned it down to the JDE.ini file.
If i delete the file the new JDE.ini is copied to the User profile\Documents and Settings\Windows folder

Has anyone had this issue before ?
Many thanks if you can help
We are running Enterprise One 8.9 on a Citrix Metaframe environment.

I know this is old - BUT

The only time I have seen this is when the user had some wierd printer driver that had a corruption when it loaded up onto the citrix server - resulting in a Blue Screen.

The latest hotpatches should work - and, of course, whatever printer driver the user is using should be updated.
