We are(A7.3 cum 13) using receipt routing on some parts with skip lot processing set up. The skip lot is set at 3, so every 3 receipts an item is supposed to go to inspection. When the same item has multiple lines on a PO (i.e. 3 releases for the same item), and a receipt is made for all 3 Lines for the item, the Cardex does not update for the lines that were not receipt routed to inspection. The line that was routed to inspection, updated the Cardex just fine when the line was moved through the receipt route using movement and disposition.
When each line is received one by one the Cardex is updated just fine.
Since many items are ordered with multiple releases (multiple lines on a PO), and subsequently received, multiple releases, at a time this is a big problem.
Any ideas?
