Data Dictionary and Central Obj not loading

Hello,
We are doing a new SetUp in Xe on a V5R3 Box. When using LODRUN the directories are created. However the As400 logs state that for Data Dictionary 10 objects were restored and one was not. For the JDEOW library, 43 objects were restored and one failed. While loading central objects errors are encountered The details are mentioned in the screen dump below.
Could you guide us 1) Which are the objects that should be created during this installation step and which are missing.
2) Possible resolutions to this problem.

FYI - The installation guide states that you need to login with QSECOFR. That very step is what was causing an Issue.
Creating a user profile named Oneworld and then trying loading DD and Central objects worked. The reason for this according to me was the Object owner. When you login with any other profile it takes the Default Owner for System Objects and not Oneworld.
