AP Check info is stored where?

Hello - I'm having some trouble finding the file, (if any?) that stores the
information on the a/p checks. I can find many bits and pieces in various
places, but not one file that has it all.

I'm looking for check #, check date, check amount, payee #, special payee #,
remit to #, and possibly the names associated with the vendor numbers. I'm
trying to do an ODBC lookup for a scanning project, and I don't want to have to
manually key all this information.

Thanks in advance

David -

Have you tried the F0411JD? It is the sum of the F0411, F0413 and F0414
files (the last two being the check information header and detail files).

I replied to an e-mail request (about a month ago) with a World Writer
which provides as much A/P check information (check and invoice) as anyone
would want. If you'd like, I can send you a copy.

You best bet is to use the F0411 file - A/P ledger file. Another option
would be to capture F04572 during a check run and copy the data off to
another file and use that file for you link.

The file is F0413, Accounts Payable Matching Document - there are also a
number of logicals created from this physical file that you can use as well.
Think you'll need to join with F0101 in order to obtain the names associated
with the vendor numbers.
