Not able to see images nor image attachments on EO 8.10 Web

Hi,
Maybe this could be easy for you guys and gals, but I'm getting desperate with this. I'm not able to attach and see images on Web, but I can see them on the fat client.
There's a EO 8.10 installation on a iSeries AS/400 as an Enterprise.
In the P98MOQUE, all objects paths point to the correct Deployment Server.
Any ideas are more than welcome.

Have you called support?

Check your media object queue settings in your web ini files. There are two of importance...location, and access method. The web client platform relies on these settings rather than the settings that the fat clients look at. Also, there are issues with MO's in specific tools release one-offs, check with Oracle to see if there are known issues with your release/one-off.
