Which SP23 version should I install now that I need to upgrade to Oracle9.2.0.6?

We are on Oracle 8.1.7.4 and JDE OneWorld SP19. We are in the midst of upgrading to Oracle 9i (9.2.0.1). We have not put in the patchset to 9.2.0.6 but JDE is already not working. We eventually need to put JDE to SP23 too.
1) we know JDE.INI has to be changed to point to driver libora90.sl. What else needs to be updated? If so where?
2) what SP23 version is the best with least issue? K, L ,M?
