BSFN and WTS

Hi,

I have some troubles with running business fonction on the enterprise server and Citrix. In P0411, when I try to add more then one add multiple pay items to vouchers in WDV7333, after a moment, I receive an error "There has been a problem with enterprise server".

In the JDE.Log, I can see a JDENET error = etimeout and C0B0005000 - Failover ! All BSFN mapped to the enterprise server will now run on the local machine.

I try to map all BSFN who have relationship with B0400047 local but I have the same problem and if I mapped all BSFN local, everything seems to work correctly.

Does somebody have the same problem ?

Thanks

Caroline

Caroline,

We've had the same problem at our site with Sales Order Entry on our AS400 Ent. Server. We spent a couple of weeks troubleshooting/trying different fixes! Some of the etimeout errors are associated with SP 14.x on the Knowledge Garden. We ended up applying SP15 and this improved things slightly but we could still get the error after a period of time.

I'm glad to say the issue has finally been resolved (took a Senior JDE Consultant). I'm not an Apps person or a Developer but I'm informed that the problem was all down to a DD item. This had been altered so it tried to edit against a BSFN (which wouldn't run on the AS400) instead of a UDC table.

Not sure if this is going to help you but we're waiting for some detailed documentation from the Consultant who 'fixed' our system. I can let you have more details once this arrives.

Kind Rgds,

For B7332, JDE had a published list of BSFN inter-dependencies. Support
line should be able to obtain for you.

We are having similar problems, very identical messages. On your site was it due to BSFN's not mapped correctly on the WTS?. We have tried running locally and the applications just work fine.
Please let me know what changes weer made to resolve the errors.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
