Disable or Securing Tool Bar Buttons

Is there any way to disble or secure the SEQ and NEW tool bar buttons?

Sorry, my answer won't be a solution for you.
The only thing I know, that when you disable the QBE on a Form with FDA, then Sequence will be disabled too - and will be grayed-out on the pop-up menu, when you right-click on the grid.
