Saving Grid Format and add attachement over the web client

We have PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne 8.10 with fixpack N1, and running over Oracle9i.
we have Web server runing websphere5 and all needed fixes are installed.
the problem we have is whenever the user try to save a grid format it saved but when he log out on log in again he found that his format is gone. and when we add an attachment over the web client it gone too not saved. can any one help in that?
