Vocab Overrides

In our PROD environment the application P0901 has suddenly lost all its vocabulary overrides and reverted to the Pristine specs. The tables show we have not changed this object for over a year, but we have been changing various data dictionary items that appear on the application. I have searched through this forum and found nothing. Has anyone else out there had anything like this before?

JDE has functionality to reset VO per DD Item (despite the fact that it first needs some effort to be enabled).

Although this would not (i.e.: should not ;-) happen by itself, it's perfectly plausible, that someone has run a UBE or clicked on some Exit button for this to happen.
