EO8.10/8.95 D1 Orders not writing to DB in HTML - OK in full client

We have a situation where sales orders and purchase orders enetered in full client write to the DB2 database correctly, but entered through HTML (Websphere/intel) they appear to work but do not write to the database. Anyone seen anything similar?
