Column headings in interactive apps

What changes need to be made to a data dictionary item so that it is changed everywhere (column headings in interactive apps (find/browse), data selection/sequencing lists, field labels in other types of forms (fix/inspect, header/detail, etc.)? Is this type of global change even possible, or do vocabulary overrides have to be done to every interactive app?

This certainly possible and usually dd change get change every where etc, where there is an override. It wount change the overrides...
