Type ahead feature in 8.10 stops functioning for certain users

Has anyone had issues where the type ahead feature will simply stop working for certain users (Citrix)? I have had some limited success with deletion of User Overrides for the specific application and sometimes I have had to delete the Citrix User Profiles, but at other times nothing seems to work. Log in as that User on a Fat Client and Type Ahead functions fine. Would welcome any suggestions.

Type ahead is a user controlled feature. Just have the user turn it back on.
