UBEs not processing

Hello,
We have an Application server that was set up to run some of our jobs that take a while to process. Everything has been working fine for years until yesterday. Now, any job that is defined in the OCM mappings to run on this server stay at a Wait status and never process. Does anyone have any suggestions?

wait status is normally an issue with Services. Stop and restart and you should be fine.

Clean up the queue.
