E8.95.B1 Tools - Error in CTOOL Full Pkg

Could not find any breaking news on this so it may be my install but after installing E8.95B1 tools on our E810 (Update1), the full package failed during the BSFN build due to new code in the \system\include\metadata\jdespecinternal.h file.
We don't have weekend support and I need the system back up by Monday AM with E8.95B1 tools ready... so I copied back the old jdespecinternal.h file (from 8.94_I1) and the full build is looking good so far. Anyone else run into issues with laying down E8.95B1 on E810? We're probably lone rangers on this one....

Had the same issue 2 days ago. Also going from 8.10 to tolls 9.95B1. Coincidence I think not. We are less than pleased with Oracle-Peoplesoft-JDE-whatever. It seems every ESU, tools release, or whatever doesn't work right.
