UBE SUBMIT, END IN ERROR WITH ACCESS VIOLATION

IN SOME WORKSTATIONS WHEN SUBMITTING ANY REPORT ENDS IN ERROR, THE PDF FILE IS GENERATED BUT THE DOCUMENT DOESN'T PRINT. IN THE JDE.LOG SHOWS THIS ERROR:

We have the same problem since we install Sp23 on ERP8.0 on windows. Our Custom report fail with C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION. Did you fix your problem?

I saw the same error on our system today as well. Anyone of you have a solution for it? I'll create a call and also have a look on the knowledge jungle.

Lev2 and Sputnik

You guys need to include your platform information in your signature line. Lev2 you did specify SP23 but not which one. We can help you more with this information. It don't know if this will help but I just applied SP23_L1 and am having problems with financial reports. The format of the report for one of my version has changed. I noticed that Oracle quickly came out with SP23_L2. Since this was an unscheduled release I asked what it fixed. Below is there answer.

This fix correct the issue in SP23_L1 of many Financial Row-Style reports crashing

SAR 7784215: Recurring Orders Looping
This fix corrects the issue in SP23_L1 of certain reports looping and not terminating until their PDF file is over 2GB in size.
