External calls and security

Per a SOX requirement we have place a record in the security table F00950 for *PUBLIC *ALL type(7) external call run "N", then granted back by group the appropriate security. This causes a problem when running table conversions. The logs really don't tell what it is having an error in call that is what *.exe. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bobby
