Deployment Server Consolidation

Currently we have a separate development/prototype and production JDE networks with a separate deployment and enterprise servers in each network. We are planning to consolidate the deployment servers into 1. I would appreciate if anybody could share your experience on how to merge the 2 deployment servers into one so that the promotion from development/prototype can take place without using product packaging (that is, through standard OMW promotion and package build).

I have done this for clients. what you will do it , take you production deployment server and install dv and PY path code on it using planner. run the plan .

you will choose the correct database datasources to pint ot correct server and then copy the pathcode directory from the dv deployment server to this server.

Test it by build a full package. This should do the job
