Tools Release 8.94 P Row Overrides

I just applied Tools Release 8.94P from 8.94M to fix a problem with the scheduler not accepting a password. 8.94P fixed that issue but broke row overrides for Tabular. Does anyone have experience with row overrides not working.
 
We just went to 8.94 P1 and have the problem with row specs in our reports. It was reported. SAR 7859846 addresses this problem. No date on fix yet.
