Create User Profile

I like to create user profile , so that when user will login with a specific menu, like S&D user with s&d menu finance guy with finance menu etc. we are using 8.10.

Here is how I handle that. I create the Group. I create a role based taskview for the Group. I assign the user to the group and the taskview. I have a one-to-one-to-one relationship between user, user group, and menu (or taskview). Each user belongs in one group. Everyone in the group uses the same menu (if they are using OneWold Explorer) or Taskview (if they are using Solution Explorer). My Solution Explorer users only have one Taskview assigned to them.

Using this strategy, it is much easier to control what applications they can see and makes things MUCH easier for my auditors to test our SOX compliance.
