Tip: Renewing SPC on deployment server - post expiration

I am not sure if this does count as a tip, as you may already be aware of this.

Problem: License has expired on the JDE, and you cannot logon to Dep server to reset the SPC. Date change does not work too.

Resolution:
1. Use the SPC self service tool and generate a SPC for single license using the serial number of the Depl Server Reset SPC screen.
2. Use this SPC to revalidate the DEP server as a client. This would enable you to login in any environment.
3. Logon to JDEPLAN and follow the standard method of renewing licenses by Reset Server security etc.

P.S. Had the same problem, and this works like a magic. Also, this information was collected from Oracle-PSFT site.
