Intermittent Access to JAS on 894N1 8.11

Hello Fellow JDE-ers

I was wondering if someone has a "fix" for an irritating issue/problem we are having with HTML/browser client in JAS.

We are using IIS 6.0, WebSphere 5.0.2.11 and what happens is that after a time (usually toward the evening) access to the JAS website http://webservernameort/jde/html becomes unavailable.

We restart IIS service in Services application in Control Panel and life is hunky dory. (sp?) From my research it APPEARS that because of Worker Process recycling in DefaultAppPool setting (after 35000) worker processes have been requested, IIS "recycles" worker processes? and this cause our inability to access until we restart. I found what text error message wise is our exact issue at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;902160.

Anyone have ideas?

I also faced this problem.But due to my alias name in the httpd.conf file.Check your jas.log file for errors.Check that your websphere and ibm httpserver and jas server is running.check this all if you not succeed after this send me jas.log

Maybe I didn't make it clear but I switched over to HTTP server and have not had the problem since.
