R47011 - unable to upload

I am getting the following error in Work Center-
"The status flow for the entered order type and line type has not been set up in the Order Activity Rules file F40203"

even though the Order type of "SR" and LNTY of "S" exist in Activity rules. I have populated minimum required field in F47011 and F47012 and am using a version of P4210 that works perfectly fine.
Any ideas what am I doing wrong?

Check what order type, line type and statuses are populated on the version of
P4210 you are using...

Thanks for your response james.
I got it to work. I think some of the fields in F47012 was not supposed to be populated (I think its one of the company fields.)
