XREF facility in standalone

Does anyone know if it is possible to run and get valid results in the Cross Reference Facility on a standalone? I have run it over APPL's and left the PO blank so that it would use my login environment. The only applications it built were (naturally) the App's that I had created. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
