We are using Invoice print program (R42565) to send emails to customers. When we run the UBE on server (AS400 i-Series) the email that is sent to the customer does not have most of the details like quantity, price, item, UOM etc. Only the invoice total is visible in the body of email. The same UBE version running on fat client for the same invoice sends the correct email with all details to the customer.
I have checked the debug logs and they are exactly the same.
We are in the implementation phase with Go live date fast approaching. A quick reply would be highly appreciated.
