World and Wintouch CRM

Has anyone implemented this CRM solution (from Touchtone) for World? We are in the process of getting things setup and they claim to have about 40 World clients already. They do seem have a pretty good understanding of JDE World already.

Just looking for any gotcha's or suggestions.

Just "re-upping" this post to see if anyone has implemented Wintouch on World. We are working on it right now and would like to compare some notes. I was reminded of my post by the fact that I just noticed they are an "advertiser" (sponser) for JDEList by their banner at the top of our posting responses and the JDEList main page.
