How to get logs and objects off of as400

I'm not really very familiar with the as400. Could someone point me in the right direction as to where this stuff is located and how to pull it off the as400? If it was the deployment server I wouldn't have a problem but I'm still learning on the as400. I received the following e-mail from oracle/peoplesoft.

Hi Mike,

Please attach the jde_261832.log and jde_261833.log from the enterprise server to the case through Customer Connection.

Check the other jde_xxxxx.logs for about the same time stamp and find the one for the package kernel. Attach that as well .

Also, please attach the failed files for the following objects from the enterprise server to the Case through Customer Connection.

b5100017
b5100020
n1200160
n5300009
x51013

b0000170
b700005
n7000251
n7000261
n75c421

Thanks,

Jeanne

Logs similar to jde_261832.log and jde_261833.log on our AS400 are stored on the IFS (Integrated File System).

Open up Operations Navigator (installed with iSeries Access)
Select File Systems
Highlight Intergrated File System then Right Click
Choose Properties
Add .log as a file extension.
Next click on Root then open the folder where the logs are.
One our system they are in the JDEB7333 folder.

If you are running NetServer, you can also map a local drive on your PC to this AS400 IFS folder and access it like another local drive/folder.
