Payroll Advice Memos 8.10

We are testing payroll advice memos in 8.10 and are getting a lot of blank pages in the output file. I do not see a recognizable pattern to them. Also, there is no break in the advice memo number seqeunce even if there are blank pages between memos.

Any ideas?

We also have 8.10 on a sandbox, and our HR/Payroll Support Analyst found the same issue. She also found this information:

8.10 SAR #7549047 ICE Report ID- 1237734000. The issue is currently a #2 priority.
