EnterpriseOne Users and Adobe 7.0 with RDA

There is problem with using Adobe 7.0 and RDA. It's been reported for EnterpriseOne users. We are running SP23 C1 and have experienced the problem. Details:

ISSUE:
With Adobe 7 installed, running Preview in RDA gives the following error "File does not begin with %PDF" and the pdf never opens. The preview screen is blank, however the Preview.PDF is created and successfully opened by Adobe 7 in the printqueue folder.

SOLUTION:
This is only a problem when trying to run preview through RDA. If a report is run from batch versions or a menu the PDF opens fine. The issue is reported in SAR #7534110
